correct me if i'm wrong if he swaps to a V8 won't that require swaping the lower unit too? due to wrong / different gear ratio in the 3.7 vs. the V8's?

im not swaping engines just wanted to no what other engines members have in there boats

yeah Skools, he should swap at least the upper unit to different ratio(from 1.84 to 1.5), you can get away with a prop change to a certain degree
