yes cast iron block,heads.intake and exhaust manifolds am sure there is a little more weight involved here but trade off for more power is worth it . i have a stock 260hp . but as you see on this site what happens when you re-work a 5.7 with all the correct stuff. the best part is its proven. it passed the lie detector test gps speed in mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes im more into a long lasting engine with balls like all 4 strokes the harder u turn them the faster they wear out and fuel is a killer here too $5.20 a gallon so that 256+ to fill my boat
