that's in Morehead City, NC and yes they have at least a dozen of them maybe more nets boats they use for the college. But they have the old Atlantic Brand net boats, most of theirs are 17 and 19 ft with no t-top here's a used one for sale and it has a t-top http://www.usedboats.com/boat-listin...8-18/106180786 ![]()

My father in law had a Phillips work boat up until 4 years ago. Talk about a HEAVY boat, but solid.

Skools is right, its not Carteret, its the Cape fear Museum that owns the rights to the plans, and what ever county Wilmington is in, they have a community college that has a boat building class that builds them
