Actually it appears that both great minds, that being Willy and CTT are both correct.
The face is of Liz Taylor, as I guessed looking at her eyes and especially eye brows. And the body of another woman as CTT submits. Therefore the all seeing eye has two stickers to get out, CTT can have the Jets sticker though. I'd hate to mess up my nice truck.

Two stickers to be sent!!! But CTT will have to take a V20 sticker as I would not even look at a Jet's sticker let alone buy one
