Dont take it personally Aussie.....a good portion of us , especially me cant help you when it comes to that stuff....you'll just have to wait until somebody comes along that can help you out..... And besides, most people probably clicked on the post because of the title "leg removal".....looking to see who was going to lose a leg

Aussie, you need to look on ebay for a factory service manual for your drive and for the engine, mercruiser has some of the best written service manuals I've ever read, they will be invauluable for you. Especially considering youare going thru the motor and drive. As far as the water pump question, do a search in the repairs forum, between Ferm, Skools, and myself, its be covered several times

i did buy a workshop manal a cd off ebay ill have a another look but manuals srent as good as experence thanks anyway i got some pics to put up of what i have done so far
