they changed the regs around here, sheeps fall under hte snapper/grouper aggragate, we have to use non stainless steel circle hooks for sheeps and spades now. You know of anyone that has ever cought a sheep with a circle?

the only way i can catch them is with a speargun..

Easy with a speargun, difficult with bait. But they're good eating if filleted, don't try to cook'em with the skin left on IMO.
