Thanks for the input. Now it all makes sense. I'll go get signed up a photo bucket and get a few pics up when I get that bad boy in my driveway on Saturday. You all have a good weekend they weather is perfect here right now, finally.

Be sure you select a password for PB you can easily recall in the future...these old pharts around here don't seem to be able to remember theirs too well...ha, ha, ha....like mine I set up way back in '03 and being the oldest of these young whipper-snappers, recall mine readily...it's apafoo....apafoosabuggin...foosa bugginapa...oh yeah, I got it written down right here..now where is that damn thing...bugginappafoosum...what was that dog's name?...or was it my 2nd grade teacher (they kind of looked alike)...aw crap...

Welcome I am new here is well. I live in the mobile al area. I picked up a V20 for free and currently redoing transom and converting to a center console. Good luck with your project.

So we picked up the V20 yesterday. EVerything went well. We had to get all the dust off and some pigeon crap. Due to people actually taking care of this boat, it shined right up and is white as can be. I am really amazed at how good of shape it is in. Even has the original owners manual from 1986. JUst a few more hours work and it will be ready. Can't wait to run across Escambia bay!You guys are in trouble now that
i can post pics.....Thanks for telling me how!

Wow! That thing is in great shape. From the pics she looks good as new. Let me know how you like the F150. My father might repower his v20 with one.

Best of both worlds for sure!!...that is the same motor Franco had on a nice McKee CC when Willy and I visited him way back when...that is a SWEET power plant and should do well on your new V-20!!...NICE find, Lee...hope you can show us some more pics...we're REEL ****s about boat porn around here...

The age of the boat is not reflected by its condition. Very nice find. You did very very good. Love it.
