Thanks guys
 to answer a few questions: We are gonna rent for a year then we want to buy in Moyock N.C., just across the state line - 45 minutes to Rudee Inlet and about an hour from OBX. Thats pretty darn close to Camden! Stink, I'd love to fish with you even if you are wearing a thong, but you ain't ever gonna see my big @ss in one I plan on bring as much warm air as I can when i come up, cause I don't own anything warmer than a light weight fleece.....
