I'm on my second V20 and have fished the mouth of the Bay, CBBT and nearby ocean for over 30 years. As Destroyer said, the V20 is one of the best hulls ever made in this size boat. Keep an eye on the weather, like in all small boats, and you'll have no problems.

Like the other guys said, the V20 is the perfect boat for that area. My first ride on my buddys V20 was fishing for spade fish at the Chesapeake Light Tower, it was great. I knew it was exactly what I wanted in a boat. I bought my V about 6 months later. I had to replace the transom, trailer and rebuild the engine, gimble and the outdrive but it was well worth the time and money. I now have a dependable, seaworthy, classic boat that turns heads wherever I take it! I love mine!
