Well, they changed their regulations again.
Deemed the Snapper/Grouper Closure Area as "UNNECESSARY". http://www.safmc.net/LinkClick.aspx?...w%3d&tabid=139 NO we still can't keep any Red Snapper and it appears the circle hook mandate is still on.
