I want for my 250 Wellcraft

I just wish I could find a nice 248/250 in my price range. I've driven one with twin 225 EVINRUDES and wasn't the happiest with it(to stern heavy for me). I want one with a pair of 4 cylinder outboards, or a single V-8 I/O. I have a nice 315HP 350 in the shop as well as a BRAVO 1 outdrive to go with it. Just can't find a boat priced reasonably enough for me now. Before I got the engine and outdrive I could find 248's laying around for $2K or less with trailers needing repower. The last 248 I called on needed a new transom and stringers, and he wanted $3500 for it with a bad trailer to boot. Hopefully somethin else will come along this winter.
