Since I first came on this site, that's the first HURRICANE I recall seeing...looks like a great layout...well worth fixing up as very unique!!...wish I could help you more w/the technical end on the glass repair...

Looks to be '77 or '78 model...

Jed, did you ever get the HIN for the boat hull? That will tell us the make and the year. Thanks..

Question

I can't seem to find one. I looked all around the transom where they seem to usually be. Also checked the console area and can't come up with anything. ???????

sometimes the hull ones are very hard to see\find. Try waxing the rear transom and see of anything shows up. On a previous boat I swore that it didn't have the numbers until I took out a buffer and was waxing it.

Also, they (the makers) are required by law to put the HIN in two places.. one on the right rear top of the transom, the other hidden somewhere else on the boat.. (Usually near the helmsman's seat, under the dash, etc.)

It should be at the top of the right side transom if its a 72 & up....
