Ahhh...ok, now I understand.. Thought you were talking about a new Motor Vehicle tax. Ya, this country is going to hell in a hurry. Just wait till Jan 1 of 2011, when the Bush tax cuts expire. I sincerely think that our president is actually trying to destroy America as we knew it and impose his vision of a utopia (AKA: Communism) on all of us. I cannot wait until he and the rest of his leftist progressive radicals are out of office.
