Default Stuffed bow into a wave

I've always considered my V to be a pretty dry ride under most conditions, but a few weeks
ago while entering barnegat inlet from the ocean, running with the waves under rough
conditions, I ran over the top of one wave, and stuffed the bow into the back of the next
wave in front of me sending a sheet of water over the windshield drenching everyone
on board. It was an intense moment, but I did not feel out of control or in danger.
It was just one of those querky things that can happen. But in the future, I'm going to
slow down a little under those conditions.
