I have the same issue only on the left side, I have stuck wire, water and still no drains out. will after a month maybe?
It drains into the bilge, you get in there from the last deck plate, there is a hole there wear it comes out. Min e was hard to find, so I filled the right side and saw were it came out, then found the other side. There is really no way to re-plum it unless you cut into the stringers or floor that I know of. I have not put 100% effort into clearing the drain so if you find a better way let me know!
