Boat was shrink wrap each winter and was winterized and maintained by an outfit up the road, I imagine the sitting outside has weathered the trailer. I will see abotu getting some pictures this week, motor is bright and shiny as well. I do appreciate the feedback though!

not sure i understand, you paid $14000 for a cottage & boat or you added $14000 to the price of a cottage to include the boat?
