Listen want to give a shout out to Ferminator. I was supposed to leave at Odark thirty tommorow and after getting everything ready I went to hook up the trailer and NADA.
I spent two hours in the dark with a flashlight and my multi tester and in the end I had no power going to my stock Ford trailer pkg. On the phone with Ferm and he pulled up my trucks schematics, told me to check certain under hood fuses and voila, found a blown under hood situation. Turns out I have a short in the trailer popping fuses. So I have to wait until the shops open in the am. to get these specialized fuses ford uses. I spent an hour or so and rewired the end connections where I hope it is shorting out. Anyhow after a couple hours of frustration a fellow who has never laid eyes on me spent half an hour at close to 10 pm helping a brother out. We have good peeps on this site, we are very fortunate to have this, thanks Ferm. Willy

All right here it is 10am and I had to rewire the whole right side of the trailer and just finished.
Turns out the whole world stopped due to a mouse and his nest inside the trailer tube and he chewed out a wire bare. Well, the family has left so its time to jump in the shower, pack and tow this puppy to the beach. Wish me luck

we had a great time today. we got down a little late. as we arrived we met a guy in a v20 with a hardtop who was also looking around for everybody, but I never heard from them again. we met up with breilly first and tied up next to him. after a little while rwilson waded over on a reconnaissance mission to see if our spot was better than his and lumberslinger's. a few minutes later they joined us. about a half hour later buddy joined as well. we were 5 strong. I got a few pics with my cell phone. sorry you got all jammed up with your trailer willy. maybe we can get together some other time.
