Looks like the transom was reinforced which should be a good thing as long as it was done right.
I trailer my boat and launch\retrieve by myself all the time. My I/O was about 2500 pounds. I would be leery that the trailer "needs numbers". You may want to look into what it will take to title and register it. Welcome to the site! Nice looking boat! rkc
