BBQ + RUB is 90% of the equation but I am a sauce man. Gotta have that last 10% to make it JUST RIGHT IMO!

Well that does it...mustard-base, mild-red, hot red and vinegar-based...so each table will have 4 sauces in squirt bottles...and a roll of paper towels!!...

Reel is there gonna be a pasture out back where the customer can inspect and pick which "product" he/she likes the best? LOL Kinda like the lobster thing you know but with more of country boy spin.


I'll take that cute lil black and white heffer...she's got a perty nice lookin hind quarter...
