Typical thinking makes us raise the bow to properly drain a boat...but what I found out is it causes mine to leak into the cuddy...lowering the bow allows rain water to flow forward and off the front, while still draining the floor-deck aft...that's on my '95 V-21...my old '74 V-20 I always kept a raised bow...but I didn't have cushions... What year model are you talkin about?...

I have this same issue on my 1993 V21. it's not that bad, but its enough to drive me insane. I only get a small amount on the floor and it stands to reason as the door/hatch don't seem to mate very well on this boat. it seems like there's a lot of room for water to enter directly where the cuddy door meets the sliding hatch. I plan on looking into it just as soon as I cross off the first 1000 things I have on my to do list.

That has happened since day one with my 91 cuddy I inherited from my dad. Only solution I found was to take the cushions out or at least stand them up against the sides of the cuddy. It was never a lot of water, but enough to get the cushions nice and ripe for mold growth.
