Yes, sanded, cleaned with Teak cleaner first, then 3 coats of Cetol Natural. I'm very happy with the results. Now the power washing of the boat comes next before re-applying.
PO was a big fan of 5200, and it's all over the boat, he'd even re-attached some of teh teak when it had gotten pulled off around the rod boxes... So a good amount of sanding/grinding yet to come |

You are going to like that cetol. It will last for many years on areas you cover up from the sun. Even in the areas exposed to sun you will get a couple years out of it. Nice thing is that after a year or two, you can sand it down with attention to the scuffs and scratches, hit it with another 2 coats or so, and it will stay looking nice.
