Thanks Guys..
I ended up trading in the 1988 200hp Mercury Blackmax as parts for $600. at Outboard Exchange a local shop. They are rebuilding me 2001 200 hp Mercury for $2800. with warranty out the door after the trade.... Fishing season is only weeks away so time to detail this baby while I wait. Love this hull design... The next pics will be out on the water.....CAN'T WAIT....
The pics below show some of the problems we ran into...Would have had to rework three cylinders in all not worth the hassel.

Too bad about the motor, but you still got a nice hull that you can do tons with. Can't go wrong w/ the v20 hull.
