Thanks for the replies. I am told that he already has the pistons and that we just need to purchase the "jug head." If nothing else, we could try to fix it and sell it to put money towards a better suited outboard. The only reason I say that is because this guy will do the work for very cheap if we want. The major thing would be the cost of parts.
