Can't you get one like that and change the seats to bench?

My wife's older suburban had the bench seat and she and i have the one with captains and is MUCH easier to go to the back third row seat, the only draw back is that is only seven passenger instead of eight.

I don't know how easy it would be to change them out and I am gonna guess it wouldn't be too cheap either. They make the combo I need, just have to keep my eyes open. We like the captains chairs but with this being our kid carrier for the next 5-10 years the bench to stretch out on, carry one more, etc is what we decided would be best. We really won't be using the third row too much, just long trips and when all the adults only want to have one dd ;) so access back there isn't too much of an issue.

Well the deal is done. Picked up a 07 LTZ with 27K on it last night. She is saweet, more options then I know what to do with! Can't wait to put her through her paces this summer!
