I actually saw the boat in havre De Grace. Boat is is solid condition. No soft spots on floor. Everthing looked good from my visit. I was actually going to buy the boat, but I had issue arrise the night before I went to look at it with my septic and when I got home the possiblity of a huge repair bill 10K plus killed me purchasing it.

Thanks guys, I would love to take a look at this boat but it is a little far from me. I am hoping to find something a little closer to the Tampa Florida area. I guess I should have stated that. I will travel for the right deal though. If I have to make a road trip I would be interested in in something with no power, less to deal with you know.
