My "new" 2008 F250 is only rated for 9600lbs towing. Although I still absolutely love my F250, I probably would have got a F150 if I was able to wait another year or so for those new F150's just for the gas mileage.
And Congrats!!! Gotta Love new toys!!!!

No lottery man, I wish. Working my butt off right now with this Constable position, harder than I did on the PD. It is starting to pay decent after the first 5 months of squat.
So added together with my pension I am making more now than I ever did, but I am older now and it is kicking my arse. So, I don't know about high roller but I am doing OK. A lot of friends and family around me are not and I am trying to help them when I can. Truck wise I did OK, bought it for 24g six years ago and sold it for 15g. So a loan for 16g I can swing, any more and the CEO would be looking askew at me. I needed something a little more comfortable for me and the family when on trips etc. I drive a lot of places to hunt and fish and camp and the old tech F250 leaf spring job would hurt my neck on every bump or pot hole and the back seat was good for smaller people for short times only. If I was using it for work I would have kept it as it was a stout sucker. But I am a hunter and fisherman and like being comfortable on trips and so do my CEO and kids. And in that regard there is no comparison between this 2010 F150 and the 04 F250

BS has his dads F350 over there, talk about a stiff ride!!
When its time I will be back in a 1500 or 150 style, I will add some help to the springs like I did to this one as the tongue weight of the boat and more the camper is a bit much and makes it sag

Hey Willy, sweet looking truck....count me as one of the jealous ones. I have to ask because I wondered this when I had to vote for them in my last local election, what does a constable do? We had it on the ballot for several positions.

I was appointed after a long selection and interview process the Officer of the Superior Court. Also known as a Constable. Some places are elected as yours. They enforce the Writs of Execution that come from the Civil Courts. Depending on the County population you may have anywhere from one to ten in a county. I am the constable for Hunterdon County and I have four towns in somerset County. There are three counties in my Vicinage as it is called.
You get fees from the State for each Writ you are issued to enforce and you get 10% of the monies you collect on each Writ. Basically if you take someone to court and you win a judgement and they don't pay it right then and there as they rarely do it is issued to the Constable to collect by various means. It is a tremendous amount of work and it takes time to build up any income as writs are issued to you but it can pay very well. In NJ you are like a bonded separate buisiness and like any buis it takes time to build. In other states they are probably set up different like yours. I am a Law Enforcement Officer with arrest powers here but rarely do any of that. There is a lot more to it than that, but that is the basic jist. To be honest I don't like it at all. I spent my whole life helping and protecting people, now I have to go after them when they get themselves in trouble finacially. Not all of them of course, most are just stupid or put themselves at risk one way or another with credit cards etc. There is a good percentage of just slackers who have lived off others or cheated others their whole life. Still if I did not have humongous college bills already with more to come I would be living next to Ozzie bothering him and drinking his liquor and fishing and hunting all day. Life, it is a mysterious thing.
