heck we get more than you think here in NC but you northerners can't drive in our winter weather as you can up there, we get a thing call ICE / FREEZING RAIN. which we are getting now on top of our 8 inches of snow here. this is our second heavy snow this yr. it's tough when it's raining on top of snow and it's 18* outside.
heck my dad used one of my rider Gravely's at his house and the front dirt/snow blade already he has a nice clean drive, i'm waiting till tomorrow to use the rider Gravely here at my house to clean my drives.

It's 3:30 pm and I just got back in from lastnite. It was a long cold wet nite. I'm tired and I probably will have to go out tonite at 11pm and spread salt after all the places close.
I think I'm gonna go catch some sleep, I thought I'd let you boys know when I got back in I know you were worried about me!!!  (Yea right) And ya'll thought us landscapers had it made, we have to go out and work even when the mail wont or can't go. We put out 3,000lbs of salt, 125 gallons of liquid ice and ran the tractors pushing snow since 7:00pm lastnite. nite boys

And to think, I have the windows open right now as it's only about 68-70 outside.
