to high for a 80 model if it were a looper late 80's that would be nice but not for a cross-flow 140.

sounds like a fair deal to me worse case you could part it out and get most of your money back offer $500 and see where it gose

post that 140 on Scream and Fly, there are plenty of cross flow guys out there looking for those, in reality its the same as the later 115's(crank shaft hp vs propshaft hp) but theres some alure to having one thats a 140
