Leaky foundation

Had the same problem 5-6 years ago, i dug to the foundation and couldn't find anything, i dug a little more to the right and left, nothing, i couldn't see anything, so my next choise was to dig all 4 sides of the house, apply tar,tar paper and then tar again and thank god it stopped, so........ good luck.

That sounds like a JOB NEM. Hammer, I'm not much help on that bud sorry.....hope you don't have to do what NEM did. If you do, maybe you can get by with just doing the one side or section you have a problem with.

I didn't do it, i can't dig for $%^&, i dug the first ditch, after that was given to the people standing in the corner in the morning to get a days pay from a contractor, we have many of those in our area, and let me tell you, these guys CAN DIG.
