Hopeful final update.
Replaced the timing wheel and it seems to have fixed the problem, we'll see. The former "mechanics" re-installed it damaged, it is likely it was a little out of time. Pictures of broken wheel and flash holes for sensor to read.

I love the "A- HA" moment. That is more than likely gonna fix her up. Waiting on parts really stinks.
