What to look for when you purchase?

did you buy that boat in Morehead City at Send your Boat to College from Capt Wes Daniels yet. I started to buy it to part out it's ROUGH good luck you'll need it. what did you end up paying? I had Wes down to $350 on it if it's the same V20 he had 6 months ago.

I have a 1980's model (think 1983) with a rebuilt transom. Needs floor work. Has a Johnson 150 on it that runs, but needs seals in the lower unit. It's on an aluminum trailer. Pm me if you're interested. Beautiful lines on this boat. I'm planning on fixing her up as soon as possible. I have a dual console now too so this is my project boat. Would consider selling it.

Yes this is the V20 @ Moorehead City. I have not even went to look at it but I am glad you replied. From your comments I think this is way over my head. From the other comments I have received I think the '80's is the place to look. Thanks for all the info and I look forward to the help!!!!!!
