Hey Wilson
Do they interfere with the rod holders?

Where did you get them?
thanks

here's a link to where I posted them a few weeks ago....

man the rod holder almost got me....I checked and rechecked to make sure I was no where near steering cables/wires but forgot about the rod holders.. I cut the first hole and the rod holder was encroaching into the space by like 1/2" or less cutting across the top left hand corner. fortunately I cut the 4 corners of the fiberbglass out with a hole saw and I was able to push the hole saw in further and take a perfect crescent shaped piece out of the plastic tube of the rod holder, rods still fit in no problem. (if they were ss I would have been screwed.

If I had only moved them back another 1/2" or so I would have had no problem...(turns out on the port side I did not have that problem as the rod holders are not installed identical on both sides (close but not exactly)

Willy, I kind of half assed it, right now they are only screwed into the 1/4" or so fiberglass....my intention was to through bolt as I am pretty sure I can reach them from the aft hatches but I didnt have all the hardware and I had a nice supply of #10 screws. I had some free time yesterday (rare) so I just used sealant and screws. if they loosen up on me on I'll through bolt them with some nice fender washers or reinforce with some wood behind the hole.
