I hate you...

Seeing those videos reminds me of what I have missed this past year now that I moved north. I can only hope I get transferred back down to there. This cold mud brown Chesapeake just isn't cutting it. I miss the days of running ocean side to snipe a couple hogfish then hitting the sandbar for some drinks.

Hopefully only two more years up here.

And damn, she's a good looking rig. How is that F150 treating you? I am looking at going that way soon.

F-150 treating me very well. I keep meaning to bring a scratch pad to right down some numbers as far as fuel economy. But I'm all about loading the boat and rippin lips...

She's not propped right yet so numbers won't help much anyway.

To all, thanks for the kind words on the Whatknot. When do ya stop putting money in a boat? (besides "the day you sell it")....

Svence,
Move back. You have the power. You have the technology.

Peelin,
Life is really good right now. 3 years go I was in a nasty divorce thingy that wasn't so good. Just goes to show now matter what gets thrown at you, you can bounce back.

I'm happier than I have ever been at 45. Wish the same for the rest of WCV20.

What-

Wish I could get down there sooner, but the "needs of the service" will send me where they need me.

What prop are you running now? I think I have a 15x15 or close to it, wondering if that will carry over to the F150.

Dang,

Didn't know you are in the service. Hope you can come back south soon.

Using a 13.5x19 SS Yami prop that was given to me. I bought a used Power Tech but am having trouble getting it hubbed right. Local shop can't seen to get it in straight. It's a 14.5x18 4 Blade SS. Might have to send to Power Tech.

I can't really complain too much, being a Coastie at least keeps me close to the shore, just sucks not knowing where we'll be every 3 years.

4 blade, huh. What are you spinning for max RPM's now?

3 blade is 5500 WOT with 25 gallons of fuel. I'm thinking I need what the dude at Power Tech recommended. A 14.5 x 17 4 Blade SS. She pops out pretty quick with the 3 blade now.

My dad was in the coast guard. Captian of the port in Savannah.
