Wow Evil, somebody is going to get a good boat.

My guess is one of 3 things, water intrusion around either the scuppers, rear round access hatch or in some cases where a bench seat was fastened.

Hopefully mine will continue to hold up!

thanks blue, i agree with you and it was probually the access hatch for the fuel sender that has done it..i hope your holds up as well, this is not the first V21 i have seen with this problem..the floor will be fine for years to come, or someone can get it repaired..but i feel the price is fair considering all that i have done and the condition of the boat..
