Like Swampbilly said, 3M fiberglass restorer works great. Use it with a buffer and you'll be happy with the results. If its really oxidized bad it may take a couple of applications.

Just be careful not to mix products containing amonia with products containing bleach. Fumes can be downright nasty, even deadly without ventilation.
