I used to run a 15x17 SS prop when I had that exact motor. Can't remember what the top speed was but I am thinking 42 mph at about 5400rpm's. It seemed like a good fit.

Not bad Tsub. A 17 pitch would probably get you more RPMS wouldn't it?

The thing that always threw me on the EAGLE series is the sound they make starting up. Them starters sound funky to me with the wirling sound.

yeah a stainless OMC 15x17 would be perfect on that app.

Then I'm gonna try to get a stainless 15x17 out of the guy that the motor came from and see how it does!

Engine numbers look good.......I'd be curious to see what that 14 1/4 did also

Man, do yall have some deep creeks in Sav. or what?!?!?!?!?!

I like H-birds sonar return but they are about pointless over 30mph and 150-200'+ deep IMO.......
