Should you have a huge problem (hope not) but here is a hull only in NJ...looks like an I/O. dont know the compatability of the transom holes but you might be able to steel this hull for super cheap and swap over the power? just a thought should you have big problems.

Hull only no motor no trailer, no bill of sale. I have the paperwork to get it.I can possibly help deliver.This is one of the best hulls wellcraft ever made. needs a steering cable.
