Well, I love peppers of all kinds. Willy when you come to NC be sure to try Texas Pete hot sauce. It is made in Winston-Salem (I work in WS) and all of the BBQ joints and restaurants around these parts have it either on the table or in the back upon request. A friend of mine talked me into putting some on a cheeseburger at a greasy spoon restaurant down in Denton NC about 12 years ago. Ever since then I put it on everything. I mean everything...well except ice cream but you get the idea. Super good on fried fish or chicken!!
