The trailer that came with mine was the original trailer with the boat. Single axle Load Rite. According to the specs on my registration, is rated for 3680 lbs. Tows my 87 V like a champ, but like others have stated, a larger capacity is the way to go because you just never know what will be on board when you are towing. Oh, and my 150 hp Johnson weighs in at 375 lbs (as per OMC website).
