Default new boat
I just bought one myself in your neck of the woods. Was down in Freeport and boated it home to Providence, RI on Sunday. Love this boat, and proved its seaworthiness en route in some pretty rough seas around the mouth of the Narragansett bay.

hey nipple, thanks for the heads up. yes, i'm on long island but just sold my boat on sunday. a new member, step up here, came and picked it up. he got himself a great deal and i had a bittersweet moment. good luck waterman.

The trip ended up around 10 hours totall. The rough seas added considerable time. We ran up the intracoastal along long island, up thru the canal and then skirted along south side of Plum and Fishers islands.

A great trip all in all that will provide for many stories in time :)
