These things are a pain in the butt to replace, the two front ones are behind a fiberglass wall where the anchor rope resides. I can't think of anything to but cut the screw heads off with a dremel...

Thats how I got mine out, I drilled them.

same here...drilled the tops off when I redid the rail on my Wellcraft bow rider...fortunately the new fittings had hole pattern different from original so it was no problem.
