Thanks, I will check the transom, but it feels really solid, The boat seams to be in good shape other than the semi soft floor on the stern side but it is next to where they mounted the T-Top so my guess it that over time water has seeped into the floor. So it wasn't attached at the transom? That is where I thought I would have to do some cutting, I have access to a forklift so I will take it up slowly to see if it will pop off.
Where did you mount straps to pull the top off?
