Thanks Carl, any chance you could post a picture featuring both the back to back in relation to the other seat? Do you feel like it is to low in comparison to the other seat?

I always thought it was too low. I took mine out and put in another captains chair. I do miss the back to back sometimes

I was just looking at mine today. I have an old back to back from a speed boat and mine sits very low, I have two captains chairs up front and a cooler seat. I over did it with coolers on this trip but it gives you an idea of the setup.

Soul, here is a pic of a seat I picked up during the winter...it has a 16" base. As soon as I throw it into the boat I'll take a pick and show you the difference....

I agree that the seats are a bit low. I guess you could make a base to draw it up a little higher.
