$275! You can't beat that. Worst case you can definitely part it out but I am sure you can get that thing running for pretty damn cheap.

I'm real curious if the Johnson/Evinrude stuff will bolt up to that??
My powerhead is identical looking to that one, do the similarities stop there?

when yammie got into the big engine game they copied omc's powerhead but did it looper style and they copied merc's gearcase.

Phester, I found a thread on the Miller Welding forum and these guys were discussing how they did it. A prop shop that also does skeg repairs should be able to do it.

Spare, thanks I'll keep it in mind if this one doesn't hold up.

Skools, you sure? I bet Ferm could figure out how to make a Johnsaha or an Yamarude.
