I have an 18 with a Johnson 115 spl. It looks like my performance is inline with everyone else, tops out around 37-38. However, I wouldn't mind repropping it to have give up a mph or 2 uptop for some more low end grunt. Overall I'm very happy with its performance.

Hi,

my 18 Sport 1991 is powered by a 150 Black Max
Mercury, runs very easy 40 miles/h .
