Probably the most interesting subject on the floor that day.
Ms. Brown: Four year degree and masters from Florida A&M, Educational specialities degree from Univ. of Florida, Communications/Speech degree from Walters College. Been an elected official since 1982. Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1993. She's been around awhile.
