I bought a knife last year, not same brand but do have the same blade. But man I need to get better at it, cause man can you go with that thing!!

It takes a ton of practice with an electric...especially a sharp one because you will tear sheet up. But once you get it down its ON! I actually had already filleted the bream prior to thinking of getting the camera out.

I bought an electric knife at BPS for $9.95 on sale one year. I cleaned a ton (almost) of fish with it. It finally gave out half way through a limit of king mackerel. I cleaned striper, dolphin, wahoo and king macks with it. I'm gonna have to get one of those piranhas. I'm sure it will work better than the 9 dollar one I had.
It really sucked when it gave out too b/c I had to use a dull fillet knife to finish off the king steaks. Electric makes it super easy to steak a fish b/c it goes right through the backbone.
