Welcome to the site. There aren't many of us out here on the left coast, but definitely a bunch of good guys on this site. I grew up in Seattle (now in Portland), recently hooked up with a V-20 guy in Vancouver, WA and caught a couple of fish with him toward the end of last year. Where are you in Seattle - what do you plan to use the boat for? Mine's an '85 Mercruiser 170 I/O, cuddy. Got it not running and have a couple of seasons on it since repairs. Needs cosmetics and a good kicker before any ocean use, but have spent a fair amount of time in the Columbia. Gotta run - good lick with the "V" - you'll get what advice you need here - try searching the threads for specifics, and if you have questions (or not) post pictures.

Welcome to the site SNS,
I have a '78 with a merc 150 on the transom. The folks here can stear you straight on just about anything related "V". They have hepled me countless times. What do you have for power?
