Default Baked stuffed shrimp and lobster

Nice section! Seeing I can only cook seafood I figured I would throw in my recipie for shrimp and lobster. It is very easy and tastes even better then resturant stuffing. This amount will make a bunch of shimps or a few lobsters depending on how big. teh lobster int he picture is my annual fathers day present to my father in law. a 6 pound stuffed lobster stuffed with a half pound of large shrimp and a half pound of sea scallops. the seperate shrimps where left over from stuffing the lobster. All you need is:

one box of ritz with four sleeves of crackers in it

one stick of butter

1.5 tbl spoons of OLD BAY seasoning

mix all into a bowl and add water until you can roll the stuffing into a ball
Stuff the lobster and bake for about 25 minutes @ 400 or until the tail is cooked. just stuffed shrimp is the same but usually takes a little less time
