Lets see.
The anchors go in the floor between the helm and cuddy.


Ropes go just forward of the anchors.

Net, paddle (what ever it might be good for) and gaff go with the rods.

Did this for emergency ladder.

And if needing ladder for watersports, just throw it somewhere.

As far as the tools, spotlight, flares, first aid, they get put in the same type of container as the ropes but get stored in the cuddy forward of the helm.
Oh, one more place for rods, gaff, net or whatever.

And forgot the cutting board.


Usually the tackle boxes are the only thing on the deck. They fit to the rear on either side of the battery/bilge compartment.
